Pull Request Overview
Updates the accessibility policy documentation to reflect recent WCAG 2.2 Level AA accreditation for both Moodle LMS and Moodle Workplace, replacing previous WCAG 2.1 references.
- Updated accreditation standards from WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2 Level AA
- Added new audit entries for January 2025 with October 2025 accreditation dates
- Improved accessibility of conformance report links with unique descriptive names

Updates to the accessibility policy page for the recent WCAG 2.2 Level AA accreditation for LMS and Workplace.
Also, fix the links to the accessibility conformance reports of LMS and Workplace to have unique accessible names to prevent screen reader users from seeing two different links with the same name on the page.
